The Service is provided free of charge and operates using peer-to-peer technology, meaning your documents are processed locally and are not stored on our servers.

User Responsibilities

By using iSignFree, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Ensure you have the legal right to sign or modify any documents you process through the Service
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Not use the Service to create, sign, or distribute fraudulent documents

Prohibited Uses
